Richy Hughes’ credits include Mr Popper's Penguins (UK Tour Nov 2015 to Jan 2016), A Song Cycle for Soho (Soho Theatre, London) and MMD's 25th Anniversary Gala (Novello Theatre). 'Don't Look Down' from his one- dad-musical, in collaboration with Joseph Finlay and Michael Conley, won this year’s Stiles and Drewe Prize for best new MT song. His Christmas song 'The Original Headline Act,' was included in this year's Naughty But Nice festival in Montreal. Richy's comic parodies of well known songs have received over half a million YouTube hits. Richy is a member of BOOK Music & Lyrics.

Joseph Finlay is a composer and musical director. He trained at Cambridge and the Royal Academy of Music and won the 2015 Stiles and Drewe Best New Song prize.  He is currently writing This is Also England with Raphael Smith and The Superhero with Richy Hughes and Michael Conley. Joseph is a member of BOOK Music & Lyrics.


Michael Conley is currently working with Luke Bateman to adapt Booker Prize Nominee Andrew O’Hagan’s Personality  and two other musicals: The Sorrows of Satan (with FTG Productions) and The Little Beasts (developed by Perfect Pitch). As a librettist he is working with Richy Hughes and Joseph Finlay on The Superhero. In NYC Michael was an award-winning cabaret singer songwriter hosting The Gay & Lesbian Comedy Fest and starring in Hello, Boys! a musical revue of songs written with Matthew Loren Cohen. He is a member of BOOK Music & Lyrics and MMD’s Writing Lab.
